Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:
- Power of Attorney interview and forms
- Insurance claim forms
- Letters for taking medication abroad
- Private sick notes
- Vaccination certificates
- Certificate of fitness for sports or other activities
- Pre-employment reports
- DVLA reports or medical exam for normal driving licence requirements (DVLA pays fee)
The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.
We are no longer are able to perform medical examination for sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV, etc) and we recommend that you contact a private GP for these services.
