Repeat Prescriptions
If you are on long term medication, we may arrange for you to obtain repeat prescriptions without being seen.
You can order online via patient services, please contact reception or use the link below to sign up for this service.
Alternatively you can hand in your request on a "Re-Order Form" or in writing to the practice. We do not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone.
We will deliver to a chemist of your choice in Dunbar or East Linton.
Medication Reviews
You will be asked at times to come in for review of your medical problems. Please take note of the reminder on the right hand side of your prescription.
Registration form for online services
To register for our online prescription service, please print and complete the above form and either e-mail it back to us on clinical.s76086@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk or hand in to the foyer at the practice
Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
